Sinzer Feedback ("we", "our", "us") is an internal employee feedback and visit tracking application developed for authorized employees of Sinzer Group. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when using the Sinzer Feedback mobile application and website.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Camera & Photos

The app requests access to the device camera (android.permission.CAMERA) strictly to allow users to capture and upload images (selfies or visit-related photos).

• Camera access is user-initiated only
• The camera is never accessed automatically or in the background
• Images are captured only when the user explicitly chooses to do so

1.2 Uploaded Images

Uploaded images are:

• Stored securely on Sinzer Group servers
• Used only for visit verification, feedback documentation, and internal records
• Never shared with advertisers or third parties

1.3 Location Information

The app may collect approximate or precise location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION) for visit validation purposes.

• Location is captured only when the user performs a visit or revisit action
• Location access is foreground only
• The app does not track location in the background
• Location is never collected without user interaction

1.4 Notifications

The app requests notification permission (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) to:

• Send important work-related alerts
• Notify users about visit updates or system messages

Notifications are not used for advertising or marketing purposes.

1.5 Login & Account Information

The app requires login credentials provided by the organization. These are used solely for authentication and access control.

2. How We Use the Data

Collected data is used exclusively for:

• Employee visit verification
• Feedback and revisit records
• Internal operational reporting
• Account authentication and security

We do not sell, rent, or monetize user data.

3. Data Storage & Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

• Encrypted communication using HTTPS
